Exhausted

My first full week back at work. Adjusting to the early mornings and long drives. My body is exhausted! It's causing sharp quick shocking spasms on my chest. One friend suggested that it was caused because of my poor posture. My nurse friend said that it's because of my boobs weighing me down and needed to do more lower back extensions exercises to even my body out. Also may be caused by being too tired. I better start doing these back exercises. I'm glad I can finally sleep in tomorrow.

going back to work after haven been off for a while is always going to be hard. Your body will adjust soon enought and it will get better. The bright side is, you found a new job! congrats!

Yes, congrats on the new job! Posture is indeed important. I catch myself slouching at work over my keyboard and often have to remind myself to sit straight. As for your boobs weighing you down, I can only say I wish I had a problem like that. LOL

Haha I think the boob part was a joke. I'm totally gullible and will believe anything. I'm sure that's a joke.
